Well, greenish! Three recently completed buildings at Coffs Harbour Education Campus have been designed with some green features:

  • Below-ground pre-cooling labyrinth for airconditioning inlet
  • Natural ventilation with automatic window controls to individual rooms
  • Naturally-ventilated spine corridor to promote air-flow throughout
  • Passive gain to north-west facing rooms and north-east spine corridor
